Prototype Design

This is an example of a prototype that would be built according to the buyers specifications. This protoype is a disk brake and calippers. After submitted the buyer can give feedback if the protoype needs editing. Prototypes tend to cost more than our building designs. On the other hand these protopye renderings will be a lot cheaper than our competitors because of the low cost of cunstruction. The buyer will send specifications of the prototype and we will construct it in less than 5 days. Send  all emails to sschepman@me.com or see our contact info in the tabs above.

Project 1

Although the inside is still not finished we have put together a exterior design for the building that will also contribute to the success of interior design. For example we have placed windows on each side of the building (mostly on the east and west ends). Having natural light helps with interior design because with the large volume of the inside of the building, it will be hard to maintain light in. With natural light we now do not need to install tons of energy consuming lightbulbs that may add to the expesnse of the building. Another Way we have improved design efficiency is installing a water supply system that will help keep water efficiency present in our building. On the roof one gutter has been installed where above the gutter there is a slope where water may fall off and into the gutter. After the water has entered the gutter it goes to one of the 2 water containers at both ends of the building. Finnaly after the water has reached the containers it enters the water pipes to supply toilets, faucets, hoses and more. These are just one of the many ways we have tried to accomplish design efficiency in this building.

Project 2

This building, a ressidential building, brings on a mood of metropolis and practicality. It uses a water system, bringing down rain water caught on top of the building down inti the building's water supply (used for toilet and faucet). As the water enters the tank it goes through a water turbine creating energy for the building. After the water leaves the turbine it enters the water supply tank. The concrete in the front of the building is semi-permeable to catch rain-water as it falls through the concrete into a pipe. Natural sunlight is included everywhere to light the large building.
